Demos and New Yearly Plans

We’ve just introduced two new things to serve our clients better.

Demos

In the past, we’ve ran demos sporadically for select clients and it has proven quite helpful for all.

Goodwerp Studio Manager is quite a big solution for a business as it encompasses all departments within a company.

Expecting for our clients to understand it fully from the start, is quite a lot to ask, hence the Live Demo.

How?

Demos are done via Skype and last from 30-minutes to 1-hour. During the demo we showcase everything Studio Manager has to offer and directly answer any questions that may come up.

Demos are super helpful for us as well, because we find out a lot about our clients and what their pain-points are, which helps us improve the application to better solve these day-to-day business challenges.

Yearly Plans

Another great thing we’ve done for our clients is that we’ve just introduced yearly packages at heavily-discounted prices.

The reason we are doing this is because we are finding out that clients who subscribe to yearly plans are more committed to using Studio Manager and make a long-lasting change in their business. These clients are usually more demanding and require more functions/features, which as a result helps us learn more about how we can improve the application.

We want to reward clients who are making a commitment to us and to their business.

Financially speaking, yearly plans give us short-term gains which we can re-invest quicker in our product. Long-term, yearly plans are a bit hard to predict (compared to monthlies), because we’re not sure of the upcoming recurring revenue. With that said, we feel this is the right thing to do for our product and our clients, even though we will lose a bit of a prediction that is much more convenient with monthly payments.

Will yearly plans become a standard

At this point, we’re introducing them as a limited-time offer. Based on the feedback from our clients we will decide about our next steps.
